200th Episode – Family Ski Trips with Timothy & Scarlett

Mont Tremblant Ski Resort Timothy Scarlett Lee - January 2020

Timothy Scarlett and Lee at Mont Tremblant Ski Resort near Montreal in January 2020.

I’m really excited to interview Timothy and Scarlett about family ski trips. We’ve visited a number of ski resorts over the past few years and recently returned from a Utah ski vacation during spring break. So, we thought this would be a good time to talk about why family ski trips are a good idea, whether or not you should book ski lessons for your kids, and the importance of snowball fights.

Family ski trips

We’ve had so many amazing experiences at ski resorts throughout North America. And we want to encourage families to hit the slopes to have a great time and build a lifelong love of skiing and snowboarding. Here are a few of our favorite places to learn how to ski and snowboard:

You can save money on your lift tickets through our affiliate Liftopia. They sell lift tickets at huge discounts compared to buying them directly from the mountain. We also use Dosh to save on hotel rooms. You’ll find great rates and get up to 40% cash back on your hotel reservations.

If you’d like to learn how to travel for free using airline miles and hotel points, check out my free 7-day email course.

Who are Timothy and Scarlett?

Timothy and Scarlett are my kids who love to travel. At the time of our recording, Timothy is 11 years old and Scarlett is 7 years old. They’ve both been traveling since they were six weeks old, and they have their passports and Global Entry so they can travel internationally like a pro. The kids love to play sports, watch YouTube & Netflix, and create interesting artwork.
