Getting around Redondo Beach

The local airport is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), which is about a 30-minute drive to Redondo Beach. Use our Expedia tool below to find flight, hotel, and rental car options.

Drew says that you’ll need to rent a car to get around the beaches of Los Angeles. For the best rental car offers, visit Avis, Budget, or Hertz.

However, once you’re in Redondo Beach, most people walk or ride bikes up and down the boardwalk. Since parking can be an issue, Uber and Lyft are excellent ways to get around.

When you only need a car for a couple of hours, you can rent by the hour with Zipcar. Join now to get $25 loaded into your account.

Big thanks to today’s podcast partner – Nectar Sleep

Although I love to travel, sometimes it is good to be home. When I moved to Nashville, I decided to splurge and get a Nectar Sleep mattress that provided all of the comforts of a luxury hotel without the price tag of one.

I love that Nectar Sleep includes a forever warranty and that you get a 365-night trial to ensure that your mattress is everything you’ve dreamed of.

For a limited time, my listeners get $125 off AND two free pillows with your order when you use the link WeTravelThere.com/nectar.
