I’m really excited to interview JP Morselli of Classic Boats Venice about Venice, Italy. JP’s tips for the best things to do in Venice are awesome because he loves being on the water and Venice is the perfect place for being on boats all day.
We share a lot of resources and local suggestions in today’s podcast, but you should also check out Visit Venice Italy, the local visitor’s bureau. They are a wealth of information and can help you plan an itinerary based on your time, budget, and interests.

Getting around Venice
The local airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE), which is about a 15-minute ride to the city.
JP says that there is parking on the mainland (but it’s expensive) at the entrance to Venice but once you enter Venice there are no cars. Taking a waterbus is the only way to go!
